Limited Lifetime Warranty Certificate
This warranty is provided by Alamo Ranch Collision, LLC to the vehicle owner listed on the original repair order. It is valid for as long as you own the vehicle and is non-transferable.
- Metalwork & Framework: We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all metalwork and framework performed, including welding and the application of materials used to make collision repairs. This warrants against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.
- Painting & Refinishing: We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on paint-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. This warranty is valid only when applied over original factory finishes or high-quality replacement parts.
- Labor: We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all labor performed by our technicians for as long as you own the vehicle. We guarantee that our workmanship will be free of defects related to the initial repair.
- Parts: We provide a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on all new parts installed by our facility, unless the manufacturer’s warranty is for a different duration. Our liability for parts is limited to the terms provided by the original equipment manufacturer or distributor.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from subsequent accidents, rock chips, scratches, chemical exposure, environmental conditions, or lack of proper maintenance. Rust repair is specifically excluded from all lifetime guarantees.
How to Claim:
To make a claim, please present your original repair order at our facility. We will, at our sole option, repair or refinish the specific section found to be defective due to our workmanship at no cost to you
